Limited Product Warranty

MEDDICATE warrants that covered medical products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period applicable to each product. Warranty periods vary by product and commence on the shipment date.

Available Remedies

At MEDDICATE's discretion, the remedy may be repair, replacement, or credit for the purchase price of an eligible defective product.

Warranty Exclusions

• Abuse, neglect, misuse or accident.
• Use contrary to written instructions.
• Products not purchased from MEDDICATE.
• Unauthorized modification, repair or alteration.
• Expired warranty, excessive wear, or missing serial information where required.
